This Privacy Policy explains how JAGALX (“JAGALX”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the JAGALX platform, websites, and mobile apps (the “Service”). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
JAGALX is a multi-tenant platform used by trade-contractor businesses (“Customers”).
The JAGALX mobile app for field and staff use requests certain device permissions to deliver specific features. Each permission is optional, prompted only when you first use the related feature, and can be changed at any time in your device settings. When granted, data is used as follows:
Photos, voice notes, and location tags captured in the app are Customer Data handled on behalf of the contractor business that operates your workspace, as described in “Our two roles” above.
If you connect a Google Workspace account, JAGALX uses Google Workspace API data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you authorize, such as calendar sync and appointment scheduling. We do not sell Google Workspace API data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
The use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When enabled by a Customer, inbound and outbound calls may be recorded and a disclosure is played. Automated text messages are sent only where the recipient has consented; recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. The Customer that operates the line determines what messages are sent and is responsible for consent and compliance.

After account termination, Customer Data is available for export for a limited time, after which it may be deleted. Customers can also delete records within the Service.
We use technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive secrets at rest, tenant isolation, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
